Butter roasted turkey breast, apricot, sausage and sage stuffing, roast potatoes chipolata sausage, glazed carrots and turkey jus

Scottish salmon fillet, truffle whipped mash potato, celeriac puree and green beans – GF

Pan seared Duck breast, celeriac fondant, pancetta and creamed brussel sprouts and blue berry glaze – GF

Roast chicken supreme stuffed with pork and sage stuffing wrapped in pancetta served with crushed herb potatoes and whisky sauce

Munro’s of Dingwall rib of beef, horseradish and clapshot mash, roasted baby roots, curly kale and a mushroom and red wine jus – GF

Wild mushroom risotto with cranberries, red pepper coulis and shaved vegan cheese – V
