The chefs at The Kitchen use local, seasonal ingredients to create a contemporary, Scottish menu, mixing the classics with exciting new-world flavours. They select a variety of produce each week to create a menu of dishes that reflect each season, In addition to the main menu there is always a great selection of daily specials.
